Electric spring cable reels
Schill’s electric spring cable reels are available in a wide range of designs, ranging from compact 10A models for the workshop to powerful 16A, 25A and 40A versions for heavier industrial use. Depending on the series, Schill uses either flat or brush slip rings, ensuring reliable and continuous current transfer even under heavy use. The enclosures are made of rugged plastic or powder-coated steel and can be easily mounted on wall, ceiling or a swivel holder.

Grounding reels
For environments where electrostatic charging is a risk, Schill has developed special grounding reels. These reels provide safe and controlled grounding of vehicles, storage tanks or plant components, preventing sparking. They are equipped with sturdy ground clamps and cables suitable for intensive use, both indoors and outdoors.

LAN reels
For data transmission, Schill offers special spring reels designed for reliable transmission of network signals. The LAN reels are suitable for gigabit Ethernet and are equipped with high-quality data lip rings that enable interference-free communication even during coiling.

Air hose reels
For compressed air applications, Schill’s air hose reels are designed to handle high loads. They work with wear-resistant high-pressure hoses and a flexible spring mechanism that prevents kinking and always coils the hose tightly and evenly. The reels are suitable for a pressure range up to 10-15 bar and come in a variety of diameters and lengths.

eMobility spring cable reels
With the growth of electric mobility, Schill has developed the LAVOSCH series: spring cable reels specifically for electric vehicle charging cables. The Extension models are suitable as extensions of existing charging points, while the Basic and Controlled versions include fully integrated charging systems with built-in electronics such as thermal protection, DC fault detection and clear status indication. These reels ensure that charging cables do not drag on the ground, are not damaged and never become an obstacle.
