The Interlight Mira is an advanced wireless sensor for smart and energy-efficient buildings. Combining presence detection, thermal people counting and climate monitoring in one compact ceiling sensor, Mira provides real-time insights for optimal control of lighting, HVAC systems and space utilization.
The sensor detects both motion and people sitting still thanks to the combination of PIR detection and thermal sensing. Unlike camera systems, this technology is fully AVG/GDPR-proof, ensuring privacy.
In addition, Mira continuously monitors key environmental factors such as CO₂, temperature, humidity, air pressure, air quality (TVOC), light intensity and noise levels. This data helps building managers improve comfort, save energy and utilize workplaces more efficiently.
With Wirepas mesh connectivity and integrated DALI Rx/Tx control, Mira integrates seamlessly into smart building and lighting systems for automatic and demand-driven lighting control.
